This policy explains how DID d.o.o. Loznica collects and uses personal data when you visit our website and contact us through the contact form. We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.

2. What data we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:

• your full name,
• your email address,
• the content of your message.

We do not ask for any other data and kindly ask you not to include information in your message that is not needed for your enquiry.

3. Why we collect the data

We use the data only to reply to your message, for example to an enquiry about our products, an order or a business partnership. We do not use it to send advertising or for any other purpose.

We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the contact form, and because it is needed to act on your request.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as our correspondence lasts and for no longer than 12 months after the last message. If the correspondence leads to a business relationship, we keep the data for as long as required by business and accounting regulations.

5. Who has access to the data

Only DID employees who answer enquiries have access to your data. We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Messages from the contact form are delivered by email to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google, which may store data outside Serbia, with the safeguards required by law. Our website is hosted by BeoHome.

6. Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• find out whether we process your data and receive a copy of it,
• request the correction of inaccurate data,
• request the deletion of your data,
• request restriction of processing or object to processing,
• receive your data in a commonly used format and transfer it to another controller (data portability),
• withdraw your consent, which does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Complaints to the Commissioner

If you believe that we are not processing your data in accordance with the law, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so data from the form is sent securely.

9. Cookies

The website does not currently use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using such cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
